The Admission Process at Ashoka University
Undergraduate Programmes
There are three stages of the admission process for Ashoka University's Undergraduate program.
Stage 1 - Application and Assessment.
Application: Submitting an Application is quite an exhaustive process for students as they have to submit an academic score, personal essay, SAT/ACT scores, and non-academic engagement in society. Assessment- You have to represent yourself in the Ashoka Aptitude Test (90 minutes test) and on-the-spot essay (30 minutes long), which is mandatory for all the students applying to Ashoka University.
Stage 2- Shortlisting for an interview.
After selection in the application process, you will be interviewed by the panel (Assistant Director, Faculty members, or Vice President) for identifying the talents and skills and learning more about you as a student.
Stage 3- Decisions and final aid
At this stage, you'll receive an offer of admission. The Admission Committee of Ashoka University declares the decision and a separate financial form to those who grant an offer of admission. Various offers presented by Ashoka University are conditional offer, confirmed offer, denial of admission, and deferral offer.

Placements in Ashoka University
Students at Ashoka University have a global perspective, leadership abilities, communication skills, and the desire to make a difference. Leading companies and institutions have realized these advantages. Some of India's finest corporations have provided undergraduates with work opportunities- McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, Star T.V., Genpact, Zomato, RBL Bank, India Infoline, MuSigma, and the Central Square Foundation, to name a few.
According to Ashoka University, in these three years, the average compensation package for M.A. Economics graduates working as consultants, analysts, data scientists, and management trainees was INR 9 lakhs per year, with the maximum pay package being INR 18.8 lakhs per year. As a result, 90% of students who expressed an interest in corporate placement in 2021 could find work.
Scholarship offered by Ashoka University
Students can get need-based scholarships from the university. According to the university, more than half of its students get financial help, including fee exemptions (ranging from 25 percent to 100 percent of tuition fee).
The university also has partnerships with financial companies that offer low-interest student loans with no collateral. But there are no merit scholarships available at the university.
The Campus of Ashoka University
Ashoka is an entirely communal campus with 1252 fully furnished, air-conditioned rooms to accommodate about 2500 students. Each level of the residence has a shared bathroom, a lounge space, and laundry and workout activities. Other facilities include: on-campus dining, library, and wifi-enabled campus.
